Just wanted to say Thank You Tim for being so quick on shipping my parts out. You helped me in the past on this car. It was wrecked and of course the A/C was destroyed. I will order my parts from you this day forward! Maybe I can get this LHS back cooling and get the Mrs. off my back! LOL
Thank You again Tim

AMA supports the DYI more than any other A/C company out there. AMA is the reason I pursued and obtained my 608 Type II Cert. and 609 MVAC Cert. I'm glad I did get the certs as it helped me understand the tips and explanations Tim talks about here. I'm by no means an expert and have a long ways to go, but I'm getting there!

I'll drink to that :-). Most A/C forums (I've mainly browsed on Residential/Industrial A/C forums) are downright hostile to any DIY'ers. I can understand it to some extent, given what they deal with on a day-to-day basis. The nice thing is that I'd imagine that Tim and his crew deal with the same hack jobs that come in to their shop as other places and is still able to remain helpful to the DIY'ers who want to learn the right way to do things.
