Make: Nissan
Model: Frontier
Engine Size: 5
Refrigerant Type: 134
Pressure Low: 15 or le
Country of Origin: United States

Ok ive done some reading and everyone says xterras and frontiers suffer from leaks on the H side hose. Ive been putting alot of 134 in the system to keep cool and only lasts 2 days. Just tonight i tried putting ref, dye,uv on the low side and ran the truck for awhile. I looked around with a black light but didnt find any yet though i will look tonight while the system is off. Any help is appreciated

With a leak that big, I hope you're adding back oil too (PAG-100) otherwise the leak will be the least of your problems.

Once the system shuts down due to low charge, the leak should be easy to find. Make sure you check your evaporator. If there's UV dye outside the drain, get yourself psyched up because dash removal could be in your future.

Don't just focus on the lines, could be the condenser too.

Just replied to a email on this from our staff email account. Suggested the same approach as our good friend Joe has here.
