I've not used Nylog before so I want to be sure I'm using it correctly. Only on the o-ring itself, but not on fitting threads? What about the two o-rings on an orifice tube? I'm changing out my accumulator and tube. Nylog with the pressure switch? Thanks

At 2, I went home with a 10. At 10 I woke up with a 2 !!
Not on the OT. Nylog on the threads is fine. Actually may help kept fittings from seizing together in the long run.

I'm confussed. Does it go on the o-rings or not? What does it do? Thanks.
Nylog is designed to keep o-rings soft and help seal connections. The poster just asked if it was ok to get some on the threads of a connection. So the answer is Nylog goes on the o-rings but ok to get some on the threads.

Which one is recommended red or blue. What is the difference I didn't notice any difference in the description.
There is a difference if you had them side by side, I use only the red myself, as it seems to go on better, but the blue is formulated for R134a.. your choice...
