Hello...new at this. I'm wanting to buy a valve core replacement kit. Is there a guide to knowing what size/type you need? Are the old valves high/low sides marked, colored? This will be mainly on GM 95-05's if that is any help. Thanks in advance, john

Just did one last night-- the guy before had put silicon sealer in the cap-- what a mess!!!

The number one A/C diagnostic tool there is- is to know how much refrigerant is in the system- this can only be done by recovering and weighing the refrigerant!!
Just a thought.... 65% of A/C failures in my 3200 car diagnostic database (GM vehicles) are due to loss of refrigerant due to a leak......

Ha, the kind you can change, some have to replace the entire hose because of a leaking tiny piece of neoprene rubber.
