Synthetic ester vs dec oil in 134a use

Looking for comments on using the synthetic ester oil in a 134a system,,, compressor changed, using oem original pag oil,,,,are oils compatible ?? for the better or ??? is dec better ?? any info appreciated

I always like one type of oil in a system. Since this is an original PAG system I would replace the current oil with a DEC PAG. I also would have absolutely no issue using the BVA Auto Glow 100 POE if I was starting fresh!

Thanks for the reply,,,Do you think the synthetic BVA 100 is superior to PAG DEC oil,,are they compatable?? I suspect trace amounts left in system and new compressor even after flushing,They have some good claims on the oil but experience is the real test, The compressor just locked up, I done a good condensor flush, verry little crud, drained old compressor and accumulater oil was pertty good,,I done a somewhat lessor flush on the evaps and rear line sets into plastic container,, just some oil and looked good with little crud ,,have a new accumulator and orfice,,,I guess I'm a skeptic on change but not on progress

I'm not an oil analyst, but we have used the BVA POE for 10 plus years without any issues.
