fittings

I bought a 30lb cylinder of 134A. The tank has a 1/4 " flare fitting. Does anyone sell a fitting that would convert to the automotive fitting on my gauges?

e-mail the guys at ackits.com and they can help you out.. You bought a tank used for commercial AC work, it's the same refrigerant, so you can use it, and ackits.com has the adaptor..hope this helps..

The adapter fitting you need is also commonly called a "vacuum pump adapter," since someone with a HVAC type vacuum pump (or a pre-R134a auto vacuum pump) has the same problem trying to connect the yellow hose to their pump.
