Low Pressure Gauge isn't coming up.

Been working on a ThermoKing APU. Some of our Kenworths have APU generators on them. Anyway we had to change a line because it was leaking. Then we noticed that there was alot of brown stuff in the lines. So we flushed the system and replaced the drier and compressor. Charged it up. It wan good and it blew cold air. Ran for 2 min and shut the apu off. Fault code was the alternator wasn't putting out enough current. we changed the batteries and it took care of the code. We left it go for a long time because we were waiting for a shrader valve for the low pressure line on the ac unit. We finally got it in yesterday and i charged it up. It called for 1.3 lbs to 2 lbs. I put in 1.5 lbs of freeon. 134. I ran the truck and the high pressure gauge would come up to 325 and shut the unit off. it threw and AC code. Pressure to high. I noticed when it was running the low pressure gauge wouldn't go above 10. hangs around 5 or 0. any advice? It should kick the fan on but it just won't. Would the system be blocked still?

I think that I would be looking for a restriction somewhere. Clogged/ faulty TXV?
