How to ck clutch gap on this-

issue clutch wont stay engaged - 12v at clutch- cools down then engages again

I'm driving one right now-that is having same problem- I wait unti it screws up- then tap on front of clutch- it pops in- that proves air gap is too wide-- I remove a shim and be done.- why check the gap-- meerly remove a shim-- and make sure it doesn't rub when re-installed..that's what I always do.

The number one A/C diagnostic tool there is- is to know how much refrigerant is in the system- this can only be done by recovering and weighing the refrigerant!!
Just a thought.... 65% of A/C failures in my 3200 car diagnostic database (GM vehicles) are due to loss of refrigerant due to a leak......
