put new hose on Vacuum Held at first then started to leak. Leaks as fast as you can put refrigerant in. Tried different seals still leaks. Never had this problem before. Anyone have an idea. 1991 Astro Van.

Did you use use new refrigeration O-rings? Of the correct thickness? I bought a new accumulator for a GM once and the supplied O-rings were not as thick as the ones I had before, so i bought thicker refrigeration O-rings (CarQuest, NAPA).
Also, you don't have R-22, that was used in home AC units until recently, never in vehicles.
Gone through 4 sets of the o rings they are metal with rubber in the middle. Used 2 different thickness's. Dry and with oil on them. 2 sets of hoses. And its not R-12 its the r-134. Thanks
Use the red sealing washer in the discharge port and a standard sealing washer on the suction side and be done... if compressor is not original one..

The number one A/C diagnostic tool there is- is to know how much refrigerant is in the system- this can only be done by recovering and weighing the refrigerant!!
Just a thought.... 65% of A/C failures in my 3200 car diagnostic database (GM vehicles) are due to loss of refrigerant due to a leak......

Or a green (even thicker than red) and gold (thinner than red, but still thicker than the silver) should work as well, but GM-Tech does these in his sleep I gather . The important thing is that the block sit flat against the compressor once the sealing washers are installed.
Are you sure it's leaking at the sealing washers??

Freedoms just another word for nothing left to lose
Try TLC 2121 Super Stop Leak as it stops any kind of leaks permanently and there are also some other products in the market try them I am sure the leaks will get closed.
I would never place any kind of Stop Leak in a a/c system. But that's just my opinion.

Try Nylog Blue on all O-Rings / sealing washers / gaskets / schrader valves , etc. . For R134a and R410a . Nylog Red for R12 and , maybe R22 ?
God bless
