Warmer at speed, cool at idle

Hello everyone;

My A/C has been working great until a few days ago.

Car freezes, as in extremely cold at idle, gets less cool at speed. I will put gauges on her this weekend, ....

but here is the kick: if I park the car and rev it, it gets colder as it should, it's only when driving ...so I don't think the problem is with the system itself.

Any ideas ?

could be freezing up. Need pressures and temps doors open rpm 1500. Evacuate and recharge may be in order to determine correct charge if you're not experienced enough to do partial charge.

Thanks for your reply. So I placed the gauges on the car, at 80 degrees it was 30/170. I added 1 can of freon and it got to 40/200~210

Although I have not driven much, it does seem to be cooling normally now, meaning it gets colder at speed instead of warmer. I have never heard of a car low on freon getting warmer at speed and cooler at idle, so I immediately assumed the problem could not be low freon
