Replacing R4, condenser, orifice turbe and accumulator, required oil typ and quantity

1985 El Camino V8, R4 compressor converted to R134, what type and amount of oil to add to system if installing new R4 compressor, new condenser, orifice tube, and accumulator.

How was it converted? When was it converted? Was it flushed when converted? If there are too many unknowns, then flush the evap, lines, and any other re-used pieces clean and dry; drain the "shipping" oil from the compressor, and put in 7 ounces (85 Monte Carlo spec) of the compressor mfg. recommended lube.
