I bought some ac flushing product at the local auto parts
store. I flushed my condenser with it. Upon second
look at the container it says "remove all traces
of flusher"

Does that mean I need a flushing fluid to flush out
the flusher?

Don't know what specific flush you purchased.

Wording errors are common on labelling, sometimes its just an oversight, and sometimes its just a bad translation.

The goal is to get all the debris out (better make sure you don't leave the "flusher" in there). I think is was an attempt to inform you that you must "remove all traces of the flush".
