How many around here use Facebook?
I created a quick profile page for AMA today just for the heck of it. Not sure how far I'll take it as we have enough to keep track of here and with the main website.

Me? Nope...generation gap deal.

At 2, I went home with a 10. At 10 I woke up with a 2 !!
I was but it became a chore to keep. One thing amongst many.
Yeah Tim, I'm one of those sad bastards too.... Although I must admit that I have no idea what is going on in Facebook..

Never knock on deaths door... Ring the doorbell and run away, death really hates that!

Like texting instead of talking, nieces, nephews, some of my kids, and brothers and sisters are on in, some are compulsive posters, but that doesn't include me. Tried to get out of it, don't even know how.
One of my relatives sent me an e-mail to join, did, was easy, but don't know how to get off of it. But what the heck, all family.

To the best of my knowledge, Facebook deletes all posts over a day old. So wouldn't be a good idea to move this forum over there.
Not me. I can't stand all this social networking hype. A complete and utter waste of time.

I rely on FB to spread the word about my business....I get 20-30 "Likes" each day -- absolutely the fasted way to advertise, and to see what others are saying about you -- there is..weel worth the time and effort!!! I use it to announce anything new and special
My Facebook wall for IHR
also the website is getting 400-700 hits each day...

The number one A/C diagnostic tool there is- is to know how much refrigerant is in the system- this can only be done by recovering and weighing the refrigerant!!
Just a thought.... 65% of A/C failures in my 3200 car diagnostic database (GM vehicles) are due to loss of refrigerant due to a leak......
Too old and crotchety...

Forced into setting up a page to monitor my 3 teenage boy's activities. Other than that, do not use it.

FB - not for me. Many people I know stay away from it. I do believe it can be a plus for a business, though, provided it doesnt become a chore to stay on top of it to be "maintained".
If a "friend" cant visit you or call you up and must relegate himself to an easy FB post to contact you, hes not a friend. Also, I dont ned to be constantly the center of attention by staying hooked on posting to every stupid message on FB.......Rather fix my ac.

beware of the arrival
Just family on my FB page, type something one way, read another, so causes problems. Or since speaking to the entire family, have to keep it light, so much better to call and speak in person and a lot easier, don't have to type. Paying 35 bucks a month for a phone plan with unlimited calls anywhere in the USA and phone cards that charge 2 cents a minute for anywhere in the world. A far better way to communicate.
Ha, also have a couple of more distant relatives that could use my help, but with a wife and eight kids, and a dozen grandkids, already feel I am stretched to thin.
