cool AC only when idling, warms up when revving

2016 Nissan Rogue S AWD (salvaged). I've had it since February of this year and I just started having problems. I'm going crazy trying to search the web for a solution! The A/C blows cold only at idle but warms up when I revv/accelerate.
At 105°F and idling, it's blowing cold and normal - low pressure line is cold. Also at idle, my low line PSI is 43-48 and high line PSI is 175 (very low from what I'm told).
When I rev my car, it slowly gets warm. Reving the car at 2500-5500 for 1 minute, my low line PSI will shoot up to about 65-70 and not be cold anymore; the high line PSI goes down to about 150.
Compressor clutch is engaged all the way, but I cannot tell if it is slipping at all when I rev (it's definitely still engaged though)...
Just got my car evac'd and recharged by an A/C specialist. Still the same thing. He's not 100% sure what it i but thinks it may be an internal compressor failure. I'm looking for more expert assurance.
