Aluminuum brazing rod with flux

Hi to all, Can some one recommend a good Aluminum brazing rod that has flux in the rod for brazing A/C line

Those rods are very good indeed, I bought several packs fom the UK importer. I have tried quite a few different brands and they do work noticably better and are easier to use.. The problem with many rods is that the melting point of the filler rod is a little too close to the melting point of the work piece, but these seem to have a slightly lower MP than other rods...

Welding supply stores local and on line have aluminum brazing flux. The flux is usually in powder form. Heat up the aluminum brazing rod and dip it in the flux. The flux should stick to the rod. The flux produces a gas when it melts, allowing the aluminum to flow evenly across the voids. GOOGLE "aluminum brazing flux" and find several sources and instructions for brazing.
