leak or moisture?

Year: 97
Make: toyota
Model: Corolla lx
Engine Size: 1496
Refrigerant Type: 134a
Ambient Temp: 88
Country of Origin: Japan

If I draw down, say 28 in/hg of vacuum, close the low side of my m/gauge and take a five-minute walk and return to see the gauge at 27 in/hg, does this mean that the system is leaking ,or is there moisture in it (system)?
How does the clutch gap on a compressor affect the compressor operation?
Where on the above mentioned car would I find the relay for the compressor?

Pull your vacuum a few times until all the mositure is boiled off
If the clutch gap is to wide, it may not opull in when the car is hot
Look in the relay box, should be marked
