Condenser temps

What should the temperature drop be between the input and the output of a good functioning condenser in 95 degree weather. The best I can measure with my IR unit is between 25 and 30 degrees at idle. Does that seem to be enough air passing over it.

I like to see 35 or more but size, type, and design all play a factor, as well as refrigerant.
