What happens when you over/under adjust the screw on the low-side pressure switch?

I've read that you're supposed to lower the cutoff pressure on the low-side pressure switch, but I was wondering what would happen if the switch were adjusted too far in either direction. What are the effects of lowering it too much? I assume setting it too high will cause the compressor to cycle resulting in warmer air.

"IF" you have an adjustable switch, set it to cycle off around 24 to 25psi, to high it will cycle off to fast, to low, you can freeze the evaporator..
