Sanden SD7 shaft seal replacement

I need to replace the shaft seal, will the pressure pop the seal out when I unlock the circlip? I got the tool to drive the seal in(FJC 7615).

You mean the pressure of the system? You have to recover the refrigerant in the system before you can start removing the shaft seal. Once that is done, you can remove the compressor, or if it is possible to do on the car, replace the shaft seal. Then once you get it reinstalled, vacuum the system and recharge it.
