Blower Motor issue

Year: 2005
Make: Chrysler
Model: Pacifica

Blower motor will not work at any setting. I have removed the motor and tested it--OK. Three wires lead into the power module (resistor). One lights up a test light (dark blue). Both wires leaving module toward motor light up the test light. Two screws on the bottom of the motor light up. The connector with several wires that leads to the module... I took apart and some wires cause the light to blink. One is lit all the time. A couple do not light at all.

Do I need to replace the module, or do I have other problems?

Also, I've already checked the fuses and relay
