Is 2002 Neon clutch gap adjustable

Drake57 on Wed August 25, 2010 11:39 AM User is offline

Year: 2002
Make: Dodge
Model: Neon
Engine Size: 2L

Sweetheart complains cooling just stops at times after it warms up, starts after letting AC rest. Car has 90k miles. It sounds like clutch gap to me. Are there shims under the center clutch hub on this one?

Thanks, Drake.

Should be shim adjustable, like any other denso unit.

Ok, I'll look at compressor diagrams.
