clutch less compressors

high pressure switch bad, blew shaft seal.. can you replace seal on a clutch less compressor??? This is 1st one ive see.

Chrysler guys should know that about the seal replacement.

But as far as clutchless, I think if it looks like this:



It may need this:



Gee, for a couple of dollars more than the price of just the clutch, can also get the compressor with it.

can you replace just the shaft seal?

i thought the seal was behind the clutch bur from the picture it is behind the end cap of the compressor where the shaft exits, is that correct?

thanks for the picture! i see now that the seal that blew is in/behind the end cap of the compressor where the shaft exits. can just the seal be replaced?
