How do you wire a pusher fan to a vehicle that didn't come with one

Year: 1991
Make: Chevy
Model: S10
Engine Size: 4.3
Refrigerant Type: R12

I have a 91 S10 and it blow nice and cold, but only if I am moving. But sitting at red lights it stop cooling. I put a big box fan behind the front grille to see if it would help, and it blows 35 degrees with the fan blowing on the condenser. 60 with no air blowing. If I buy a pusher fan, how would I wire it up. Do I just hook it up to the positive terminal on the firewall, and hook the relay to the low pressure switch on the accumulator, or do you wire it to the ignition wire so it runs when you turn the key?

Through a trip relay with trip lead coming before the compressor cycling switch. aka fan stays on all the time while the a/c is on. Compressor will still cycle as normal. Some will have the fan shut off when the compressor is off. I ask why when the goal is to keep pressures down while the a/c is operation with or w/o the clutch engaged.

and it's not easy to tap in before the switch? Also may that do it that way do not use a relay. Fan creates current when not is use supplying clutch with a small amount of voltage. This can cause a clutch failure.
