What is it?

Any AC Techs know what this is. the one picture is the housing and the other is the parts from inside..

Yeah that's what it looks like. Some cars had them to simplify assembly at the factory. You can replace it with a straight-through connection.

it"s not quick you ave to unscrew it and it comes in three
pieces

The two halves of a quick coupler set will check and therefore each circuit can be charged before final assembly. When the connection is screwed together (they don't all snap together) the valves are pushed open to allow for flow. Still just my best guess.

Yes it's a quick connect. When they build the Motorhome and add the AC the AC is already charged. Leaving that coupler disconnected makes it much easier to install the AC. Once it's installed they just screw it together and it's ready to go.
