I'm not even sure what you exactly call this.
It holds the hose ends on the back of my GM compressor. It's on a '96 Impala SS engine (HR6 compressor) that I have in a '83 El Camino. An automotive a/c hose shop made the hoses for me several years ago. I just had to replace the compressor and I broke this holder when i was reinstalling it. Anyway, I need another one and I can't seem to find one online.
I live in a small town now so I doubt if I can find one locally.

This vehicle/compressor utilized the standard GM pad type mount for the suction/discharge manifold assembly. This appears to be an aftermarket type attachment. The OE type manifold is available from various sources and could be adapted to any hose configuration for your custom installation. Utilizing a standard hose set up would mandate a change of the entire hose assembly but this maybe easier than locating this 'attachment'. If this part is required, check Doc's Blocks or another custom AC service.
Good luck
