1999 Chrysler 300

WyrTwister on Tue May 14, 2013 8:02 PM User is offlineView users profile

Year: 1999
Make: Chrysler
Model: 300
Engine Size: V-6
Refrigerant Type: 134A
Country of Origin: United States

My cousin called me about his car . A/C worked last year . Does not work this year .

Does any one know where the service ports are on this car ? What the total oil charge is for the system ? For the compressor ? What type and viscosity of oil ?

I know absolutely nothing about the Chrysler . Not even what kind of compressor it uses ?

I am guessing it is a late enough model that it uses 134A ?

Thanks , :-)

It uses a Denso 10PA17C compressor. Should be able to get a new Denso made unit for under two bills.
