"Cold Chain Technology" has unclear meaning in USA English because "Chain" is confusing? Maybe means low temperature refrigeration?

I like how these people spam our forum without permission! At least it is a/c related and not a porn post every 30 minutes!!!!

Suppose to have something to do with shipping stuff at long distances at constant temperatures that believe it or not, are considered cold.

An example would be biological stuff, those germs also like AC, we are not the only ones but apparently are a lot more particular than we. I can live with a +/- 1*F temperature variation, but again, I am tough.

I own this forum and if I don't like you spamming it!! I can remove you and your posts! If you knew half of what you think you do. You would understand the porn comment! Most of the regulars understand the comment.

Just do a search for other "AC boards", can't miss the porn, but we don't link to those sites.... Have to find them on your own..

It's a lot easier to find those sites than not to find them, even when doing a google search for a semiconductor part number.

Some may even have close to our membership now. Too bad 70 percent is porn accounts. Spam sucks, why these people think they can just come on a site slam in their information and never help with a question is beyond me. Not only here but I just cleaned out 500 spam email in our filter folders this morning. Also have to at least glance through the emaisl in case a customer or inquiry has gotten caught.

After complaining to my server for years, (and here, LOL) they finally added a spam reporting tool that is at the server level, have to log in first to use it. But that cut my spam from 200-300 per day down to a more reasonable 1 or 2 per day. Sill do not check my e-mail from my e-mail program, check the server first, clear off all the junk, then open my e-mail program that downloads what I want. With hopes no one spams me while my e-mail program is downloading, that happens once in awhile.

Was using a program called mailwasher where you could blacklist spam, mainly by the e-mail address, would automatically look at the incoming and if that was blacklisted, would automatically delete it. Didn't take too long before I had well over 3,000 e-mail addresses blacklisted with that list growing everyday, and it did take quite awhile to go through that list before it was done so I could see if I had any valid e-mails. Only good thing I can say about this program, it assured me I was getting fresh spam. Next to impossible to use filters, spammers are too smart for that.

Are you working with a server Tim that can filter out spam? Least some of it?

Gmail, yahoo, and hotmail have added spam guards, gmail is the best as my in box never has spam in it, but for some strange reason, they put all that spam in it's own folder that seems to have 300-500 spams in it. I started getting that spam just by signing up for it, not giving that e-mail address to anyone, are these people paying google to send spam?

It certainly is annoying, especially when you are trying to do business, can think of a thousand ways to torture a spammer, if I only could get my hands on one.

I filter server side and local side. We get so many because our email addresses are all over the internet with linked sites. I could spend more time filtering. But as soon as I filter something it ends up blocking a client. They then get pissed saying we never responded.

Do spammers try to sell you something that makes something larger? And if it has to be made larger, does that mean whatever they are talking about is too small? Apparently their's must be too small or otherwise they wouldn't be interested in delving into such a product, but this doesn't give them the right to assume that everyone's whatever is also too small.

Not exactly sure what they are talking about, but feel it has something to do with IQ.
