I won't go into lengthy details but the 2 bad reviews are from someone that tried to pull a fast one. Let's just say a cracked block, which the owner signed off on. Was the cause of his oil leak. The electrical issue was a open door switch on the drivers door. We spent 3 days tracking that down at no cost to him. We offered to have it towed but he said he had AAA and not to worry.

Anyway I would like to read some of the reviews our customers might have with dealing with Arizona Mobile Air Inc. (ACKIts.com). Here is the link to Google maps that has the AMA listing.

You can't please everyone, Tim.
You and the folks at AMA do try hard, though.
I've been an online customer ~6-7 years. Although I haven't purchased in any large volume, I have NEVER had an issue with the parts I've received. Easy ordering, fast shipping, quality parts, knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone if there are questions, an excellent discussion forum... Ummm, what's not to like?
I'm sure I could trust my vehicle (and wallet) to AMA if I were ever in the Phoenix area and needed your services.
I can't speak to the quality of your customer service for a negative issue, though. I've never experienced one.

I'll head over to Google and post a positive comment. I just thought you could use a shot in the arm here. Seeing negative crap about something you've worked hard for can really bring you down.

Keep up the good work Tim and Company!
