me too..

It was the heater control valve -
way under the truck on chasis.
disabled heater for now as not needed.
water was continuously going through heater and not stopping by check valve

now it is working perfectly.

evap - cool both
condenser : inlet 108F
condenser : out :98F

**these measurements were @ 1500rpm

gauges ; low: 20psi (vapour)
; high 160psi (liquid)

No, this is european spec.

parts are so darn expensive and not available that everything i have to order
so this makes my life quite hard tryiung to find what is bad so i can order it.

the things you asked me to
the blend door is manual and i checked that already.
i can only use infrared thermometer to check the condenser in / out
and those pressures were at idle. will check again @ 1500rpm

blowing hot air
pressures all reading good, compressor cutting in, replaced expansion valve, but no change
lines are cold on suction and hot on liquid.
im suspecting a bad compressor , but looking for any experienced on this model please
