It was the heater control valve -
way under the truck on chasis.
disabled heater for now as not needed.
water was continuously going through heater and not stopping by check valve

now it is working perfectly.

**these measurements were @ 1500rpm

gauges ; low: 20psi (vapour)
; high 160psi (liquid)

parts are so darn expensive and not available that everything i have to order
so this makes my life quite hard tryiung to find what is bad so i can order it.

yes 134a it is night time now. will check in the am the things you asked me to the blend door is manual and i checked that already. i can only use infrared thermometer to check the condenser in / out and those pressures were at idle. will check again @ 1500rpm will let you know in the am.. thanks ia...
