Ok I have finally found the problem....
There is supposed to be a baffle between the back of the evaporator core and the firewall that is missing. The air is effectively going around the evap core bypassing it all together. I'll get another housing and I should be golden. Thanks for the help!

Hi all,
Having issues getting cold air on my 86 Squarebody truck. Hoping someone with more knowledge assist.
So far I have replaced:
Compressor with a Sanden SD7H15 Compressor
Replaced the condenser with an aftermarket OE replacement
Replaced the Evaporator with an aftermarket OE replacement ...
