I set a limit per post. Some like to post a ton of images for their essays.

A little information for you. Those wonder cans of refrigerant can't be trusted, IMO. A low-side green gauge is very misleading. It will be very hard for anyone here to give you solid feedback based on that kind of data.

Yeah, once AMA stopped carrying in locally. The supplier requires it sold by the case.
I suggest this for individual sales.

Primary seal? I find the comment laughable but understand the point people are trying to make. Think about it, a service port w/o a Schrader and just a cap. LOL You need both for the best chance for no leaks.

Re: Factory AC with Aftermarket Compressor
The best option is to have custom hoses made. Too many adapted connections are just areas for more leaks. No reason an aftermarket compressor will nto work with your components. Be sure you're "not" using a variable displacement Sanden is the only hic-up I see.

Re: High side blew, how much oil lost?
As you know it will be an estimate. A dual unit system, 3 ounces should do it.

Use a real set of AC gauges and don't vent refrigerant. Those are my thoughts.

Re: Fan Speed?
Simple answer: Air moves slower across the coil allowing for more time to remove the heat load.

Re: 98 Buick Park Ave AC troubles - Hi side won't build
Are you not swapping out the control valve in these compressors correct? Do they come with a new one installed?
