The system must not leak. Pulling a vacuum and using soap and bubbles will not work. Put some refrigerant in the system and use an electric sniffer to find the leak .I suspect you compressor shaft seal is bad/leaking due to the system not working for such a long time but this is only a guess. Readings are too high. Spray the condenser with a water hose while monitoring the high side pressure. Does it drop like a rock? If so, start by checking airflow across condenser. Check the cooling fan also. If the high side drops, does the low side drop also?

You need to be careful with aftermarket fans. Some of them allow you to wire them in reverse rotation. Some of them mount with different types of mounting that will allow them to rub on the condenser and radiator. Some of them do not have the proper CFM ratings.
