Are you inserting the OT into the liquid line side of the condenser, expect it to stop? I don't have a condenser in front of me. But again, cond mount OT. The white end towards evap on the cond mount. Opposite of evap mount where the white end is pointing away from evap.

Quality POE is a better option IMO for conversions. Some of the DEC PAG oils claim to work with both refrigerants and still mix with Mineral oil.

Are you sure you are using a "Cond" mounted office tube? They are different than stock.

The only reason I would think refrigerant needs reclaiming. Is it is "flammable". So more of a safety issue.

If you can get all the flushing agents, oil, and debris removed, I don't care what flushing method someone uses.

I still follow the procedure Hecat wrote a long time ago. Not the easiest or the cheapest.
