Those were in the test and read differently from each other.... How did you know both worked as advertised? Becasue with a 7.5 CFM dual stage vacuum pump. Depending on the vehicle, time of season, temp, and humidity, we would get micron readings anywhere between 400 and 800. I'd ask, what answer ar...

I wonder if anyone on this forum can answer why an MFG of a product did not reach a specific spec. These are questions directly for the MFG of the product, IMO. I'm sure the phrase "laboratory Conditions" will be the response. I also think T-bird is correct on how an MFG would scale a test...

Run it through a relay set-up with direct power from the battery. 20/30 amp fuse on the power lead.

While I'll never say don't distribute oil. The speed at which oil is circulated within a system. It would be extremely odd for a loss of oil to damage a new compressor from start-up, in this situation. If you have those concerns, cycle the compressor a few times at startup when charging the system.
