Like I mentioned before, proper reclaim, vacuum, and recharge is the correct way to get back on track. In the past, I have read Autozone my rent the tools needed to do this. Agree primarily with what Tbird mentioned. However, you may not have gotten the can with sealer, and the sealer used may not be activated like the older types were. With that said, you need to reclaim the refrigerant. Then, pull the system into a vacuum and recharge back to specs. Hopefully, you hav...

That's going to be your judgment call. No way for me to tell from a picture of a q-tip.

In the tips forum. vacuate and Charging Procedure. Attach a/c manifold gauges to the vehicle. Make sure you attach the correct hose to the proper service port. Clarify, dual unit system. 350 psi on the high side, is correct to a little low. Dual units run a little higher overall.

Assuming you have a full charge of refrigerant.

Dual system, 350 psi is on the low side. 68 ounces is correct.
