This is true and not true.

ACKits.com has o-ring master boxes. Just not a "single" o-ring with free freight and next-day delivery.

Re: hose seals

Most likely damaged from using a crescent wrench to tighten. Santech are some of the best gauges available. That's my internet opinion.

Re: hose seals

Make sure the seal has not fallen out. Very odd for a New Santech set to leak like is mentioned.

Standard York Compressor.

Shaft seals come in 5 bolts or 6 bolts. Needing to know if the bolts are 5/16 or 7/16th for the correct seal./

Re: My turn, need the wizards

Normal process. Count how many turns until it stops one way or the other. Then count back, adding 1/4 to 1/2 turn. It was a long time ago, but I think CC closed the valve. ICE is a great guy. Try and locate an Egelhof valve.

Re: My turn, need the wizards

Does this system even have a POA?

Have you looked inside the fitting of the txv, allen head? There's your adjustment for the TXV. We got a bad run once and had to adjust like 200 valves. Not saying this is the case. Just mentioning the adjustment.

Re: My turn, need the wizards

With barrier hose, it would be pretty odd that it collapses. Not like the old days.
