I could not wait any longer.

For the oil, here is my math.
7oz stock system + 4oz for rear system = total system 11oz.
Deduct ~2oz for oil in evaporator = 9oz need to add to system.
Deduct oil compressor came with 6oz (6.1oz) = 3oz to add.
Poured about 3.25 oz into a measuring device and poured it in figuring some would stick the device (cup).

Put in on a vacuum. pulled about 24inHG on my gauges. Held the vacuum too.

Pressure, I am guessing. Stock is 2lb, 1oz, I added 36oz and the compressor would stay on. Pressures were still low. I added about another 8oz to 10oz.
88 degrees out, 200 / 40psi. It is blowing cold. Does this sound about right?

How can I dial this in?

24 on vacuum is not enough depending upon where you are located. what is your elevation? Better recheck your equipment.

Agree; test the gauge with the valves to the vehicle blocked or shut off, and pull a vacuum then.

FS-10 locked up and rear system. I know it's not easy. As when I spent 30 plus minutes on the phone with you. It's a rare case you can simply switch out some parts. Play with oil amounts and have a successful repair. I wish you the best and hope all your work is not wasted as debris is sucked back into the new components.

Good luck.

Well, its been over a month. Still blowing cold. Had some days in the upper 90's, Works like it should. No leaks. Fingers crossed.
24 is not enough (elevation 2100ft), but it may be my gauges, or more specifically the rubber seals in the connections. I was working on my brothers truck, at least checking it, and under vacuum I could hear a leak and after looking around it was one of the connections of the gauges to the truck. Played with it and it stopped.

Anyway I appreciate all the help I got here. Thank you much.
