I am checking that this morning I assumed I did being that my fan works when car gets to about 190 the fans come on

Is it possible that I have a bad high pressure switch

Also if someone with a lot of knowledge has a little patience would you mind giving me a call so I can explain in details what is going on I think that would help a lot just way to much to post I thank you in advance if so I can send you my number thank you again

It won't take much writing, just post a bullet list, such as

1. do not have 12 V at fan connector
2. my gauges read 20/120 so am i low on freon?
3. my compressor makes funny noises
4.
5.
6.
etc

I do have 12 volts ac just charged I put ice on my temperature switch in front of car dropped temp down to 44 soon as it read 70 my ac worked great then went back out to car was up to 85 outside wouldn’t work again did the same thing soon as it hit 70 fans came on and had perfect ac again does that sound weird or just a coincidence why when it goes above 80 does it stop working

So I replaced ambient temperature switch still have the same problem makes no sense fans started working when I turned on ac but after I shut the car off and went back out to drive car it started all over again and fans wouldn’t come on I am so lost

You need one of the other experts to assist, you clearly have a control circuit problem, and they are above my pay grade

Another thought: Have you checked the gap between the clutch plates? BMW might be different, but on most vehicles, it's 0.020" or smaller as long as the clutch doesn't drag.

As the ambient and engine-bay temperatures rise, the clutch windings might not generate enough magnetic power on a 15-year-old car to overcome a too-wide clutch gap and engage the compressor.

I think this is probably a clutchless variable.

It's not clear from your description what is a cause and what is an effect. You say the cooling module fan isn't coming on, but AC also not working? Unless the compressor is pumping, there is no need for cooling module fan operation.

In the morning when you say it works, does the fan turn on?

In the afternoon when it doesn't work, is the compressor displacing? Do the pressures change?

Although the OEM Denso Compressor, Part Number 471-1542, for this vehicle is listed by multiple vendors as being sold "with clutch," on viewing the pictures closely, it does appear to have a control valve mounted in it. So I think you're correct.
