Robinair R134 50lb tank adapter for R12 hoses

Post by Emdoller »

I’ve been trying to find the correct adapters so I can hook up my robinair 50lb r134 tank to my robinair recycler that has r12 hoses. I believe the tank has 1/2” acme and I need to convert it to 1/4” sae (I believe that’s the r12 hose size). One of the 3 adapters needs to have a schrader valve for the yellow hose.

I ordered 3 from Amazon as it said they were 1/2” acme to 1/4” sae but didn’t work as I think they were left handed threads.

Anyone know where I can get ones that will fit??

Thanks in advance!

R1234yf is the current 'modern' refrigerant that has replaced R134.
